How it works

If at any point within 90 days of receiving your order you decide YoungCome isn't for you, email us at support@youngcomeofficial.com with your order number. We'll refund your full purchase price. You don't need to return the jar (used or unused) — we'd rather you pass it to a friend than pay return shipping across the country.

Refund processing

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received an approved refund after 15 business days, first check with your bank or card provider, then contact us at support@youngcomeofficial.com and we'll chase it down.
